Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

Order Processing

All orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within two (2) to three (3) business days following successful payment authorization.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed due to high order volumes, inventory availability, payment verification, technical issues, adverse weather conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or shipped on weekends, public holidays, or other non-business days observed by us, our suppliers, or our shipping partners.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, customs processing (where applicable), and other logistical factors.

All delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures;
  • Severe weather or natural disasters;
  • Government actions or regulatory restrictions;
  • Labor disputes or transportation disruptions;
  • Supply chain interruptions;
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer; or
  • Other force majeure events.

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may require several weeks to complete.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code, email address, and telephone number, is complete and accurate.

We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing the applicable tracking number(s) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information is generally activated within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours after shipment, although activation times may vary depending on the carrier.

Lost, Missing, or Delivered Parcels

If your shipment is lost in transit or your tracking information indicates that the parcel has not been successfully delivered, please contact us promptly at support@rayree.com.

Where appropriate, we may investigate the matter with the shipping carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

If, after our review, a shipment is confirmed to be lost or otherwise undeliverable, we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected order. Store credit will be applied to your customer account for use on future purchases and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Where carrier tracking confirms that a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to request additional information before determining whether any further remedy is appropriate.

Shipping Risk

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
